Can I return my order?

Yes, you can rely on the right of return within the EU , which allows you to return the ordered hoodies within 30 days and cancel the sale. Take within 30 days After receipt, please contact us at info@koffiehoodie.nl and we will handle the return process together with you. You will receive the entire purchase amount including shipping costs . After the 30 days, your right of return expires. ( Note: shipping costs will not be reimbursed for partial returns). Read our return policy for full details.

What if the order is delivered to me damaged?

If it turns out that an item does not meet the standard conditions, then we will deliver a new item as ordered by you in debaristashop.nl, or we will refund the paid amount to your account, including shipping costs .
